Founder and CEO of Brazza Transactions (BT), she turns challenges into opportunities.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from South Bank University and Oxford Brookes University respectively.
She has a proven track record, having started at ABSA Bank (Santander Bank), then Fujitsu-Siemens and later TNT Logistics.
In 2008, she joined the Nigerian UBA Group team in its Gabon subsidiary as Key Accounts Manager.
Attached to her roots, she returned as General Manager to take over the family business which is a Microfinance company based in Cameroon, between 2011 and 2019. She will start a restructuring that will favour the implementation of a strong female leadership policy thanks to which the turnover will rise to more than 200%.
Thirsty for challenges, in 2019, she identifies a market niche and creates Brazza Transactions, a company specialised in Wealth Management, fund raising and international transfers.
Valérie NEIM is a Creative-thinker, a seasoned Entrepreneur, a Mentor and a Member of the IVLP Alumni.
She is the Central Africa Ambassador for Jeune Afrique (Women For Change), dedicated to Women Empowerment, Green Finance, and is currently in the midst of launching a project that will change the narrative of African women.
