Who am I?
I am Pascaline Kamokoué, NLP Coach, HEC Paris Certified Executive Coach and author of the personal development and NLP card game « LES GLADS ».
My leitmotiv is to help you to reach your goals and gain in performance every day in the different spheres of your life.
With more than 20 years of international experience and trained as a certified Executive Coach at HEC Paris, I help Top leaders and company directors in developing their business with my coaching and consulting firm MOCHEZO & Partners thanks to different strategies based on Personal Branding, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), performance and personal development.
These strategies have enabled me to become a leader of excellence where the human being is at the centre of all exchanges.
A success that I have decided to share with as many people as possible in order to help them to achieve what is most important to them: to quickly realize their personal or professional goals.
But let’s go back in time…
I have spent 20 years living internationally, between France, Cameroon, the USA and Germany, where I have acquired a rich and varied experience. The kind of experience needed to lead, manage and be a leader of excellence with an open mind.
In March 2015, I created my company Baby’s KAMS specialised in making original birth gifts called « Diaper Cakes ».
In April 2018, I get into the world of social networks and more precisely on Instagram platform. I am part of the most important groups of web marketing training in the US and France. In less than 4 months, more than 10,000 people subscribe to my page.
I share content on motivation and my motto is « Be a GLADATOR at the service of your happiness ».
Following a strong demand for coaching and consulting, in February 2019, I created my coaching and consulting firm MOCHEZO & PARTNERS.
In January 2019, I am trained as a Certified Executive Coach at HEC Paris in order to have the best tools and knowledge to help my coachees.
In May 2019, I successful created my conference « Become an Instagram Influencer ».
The same year, I create my PK BOOST & GO training (Instagram training that integrates personal branding, business strategies and personal development).
In 2020, I share the tools of my resilience with the WATCH ME concept and my new Watch Me Reset training is born. And can be found on my training platform watchmeacdemy.com
My first book is born and is available on Amazon: Workbook Watch Me Reset.
In November 2020, I create ‘LES GLADS’ which is a personal development and NLP card game that enables you to coach yourself and others.
In 2021, the WATCH ME TALK conference tour will be in several countries: Paris, Dakar, Douala and Abidjan.
